What'll you be doing in France...besides eating and drinking...?
Also, I was trying to find that post you wrote about getting feedback on the montrealfood site and we had a subsequent comment battle and reconciliation. Can you send me the link to it? Or did you delete it?
Things became very complicated in France. I'm back in Montreal -- but going back again on Wednesday. Hopefully when I get my stuff together I will take pictures and post observations. And the offer for my apt. still stands
I probably deleted it. I regretted being short-tempered and just basically being an asshole. I'm trying to get better, but email regret is something that has occurred over the years and I'm really occasionally like that--bad-tempered and spewing unkind invective which is completely unwarranted and out of line.
Sometimes (often) I post a rant and then look at it the next day and pull it.
I call them "Scotch posts." They seem good at the time but upon revisiting become horrific and just not what I would normally do.
Sorry about all that; you're a good guy and I simply fucked up. I sincerely regret it.
But it would have been so much fun to go back and read it...oh well...I thought about when I was reading your post about sausage making. I just bought a quarter pig and was considering investing in some equipment. Enjoy France

Spanky,
